Came here 2 months after a severe slipped disc to aid in my recovery. I had stiffness of the spine and mobility issues because left leg was weak and left foot was numbed. The decompression therapy and chiropractic treatment immediately alleviated stiffness and pressure. I look forward to my... sessions here because it’s pain free, relaxing and relieving. Great environment to be in Advance Pain Centers @ Toa Payoh Branch. Went to clinic for my Lower back pain plus hunchback with tight & stiff shoulder & neck discomfort. Dr. Brett provide me with a longer treatment plan that meet my needs & recommended suitable stretching exercises to increase... muscles strength & reduce tension & feel less stiff. Although the therapy cannot be cured fully, improvement could be seen. Consistent therapy & adjustment can aid in a more sustainable recovery & helping the risk of joint degeneration overtime, is leading to better outcome. TREMENDOUS IMPROVEMENT!!!!! MONEY WELL SPENT!!!!I went to APC just before before CNY 2025 for my lower back injury, I was in so much pain when I had my first consultation with DR Bret. I was told by DR Brett that the pain was caused by the disc of of my lower spine , which was compress and my... spine was also twisted.From then till now DR Brett has done a tremendous healing work on my back. My lower back is already regaining back its strength more and more.The healing was taking place gradually bit by bit but by the 10th visit the healing began to pick up its momentum and my lower back began to experience the magic of tremendous healing thru the healing hands of Dr Brett and the caring support of his team in Toa Payoh. When I was first diagnosed with reverse cervical lordosis, I suffered from left hand pain, numbness, chills and weakness, all which affected my sleep. I’m extremely thankful to Dr Brett and his friendly team for their care over the past 2 weeks. For someone who didn’t experience back pain like many of my peers, my slipped disc came as a rude shock to me. A quick search on google (and reading through the reviews) brought me to this clinic. I woke up one day with great pain on my left leg and was unable to walk normally. Over the next few days, the pain was getting from bad to worst and the pain have caused me sleepless nights. I was introduced to Advanced Pain Centre Toa Payoh by my great uncle who was cured thereat for difficulty... in walking and climbing stairs due to his spine problem. My uncle informed me that after 4 treatments, his pain subsided and he was able to walk and 'fly'. Feeling half hearted as I've given up hope on my condition after consulting few sinsehs and masseurs who did not cure me but instead incurred more pain, I visited Advanced Pain Centre. It was a beautiful Sunday and I was greeted by the courteous and knowledgeable staff who listens patiently to my condition. I was than referred to the great magician Dr Brett, another courteous, knowledgeable and professional man. I called him a magician as after his magic touch, less than 3 treatments, I was able to 'fly' as what my uncle have informed me earlier . Right now, two weeks have passed and I am very thankful to Dr Brett and his few angels who always give encouraging words, all will be fine, you will recover, can see your improvement, you can walk better now, must be careful as you have not fully recover...I can feel the sincerity of all of them and also their professional skills and I look forward to the road of fully recovery. I went to APC Toa Payoh for my neuropathy treatment last Dec. Now the pain in my legs has improved. Dr. Brett also told me it cannot be fully cured as I am diabetic. At first, I was skeptical of trying out Chricopatic treatment for my slip disc (L4,L5). Had pains and electrifying sensation that flows down to the bottom of my feet for several mths. I am Mr Er, a senior citizen. I have been suffering from back pain for many years. Although I have undergone traditional massage and physical therapy, it has not been effective. After 4th treatment, my pain was completely gone. Recently went to China for a tour and did lots of walking. Surprise my back was not giving me any problems. The overall experience was wonderful and had significantly reduced the “ vibration “ of my legs as well as my lower back pain. The continuous burning of my leg has reduced to just once in a while. Strength in my left leg is also slowly being restored. Initially, when i used to walk my back would act... up however now i am able to walk with ease but with precautions.Staffs there are great !! Advanced Pain Centre at Jurong : Visited this ctr and was treated by Dr Sameer for my Stiff Neck Problem - pain at a point on the Left Side n unable to fully turn 90 degree. The problem was resolved after about 12 sessions with the pain spot gone n neck able to turn left / right comfortably.Very... impressed with Dr Sameer's accurate diagnosis n his treatment methods were also quite gentle but effective. Oriental Energy Healing Methods n Standard ChiroTreatment Methods were employed.Would also like to highlight on the friendly n professional staff at this centre. They make you feel welcome n relaxed. More importantly, there is no hard selling.Note: Before this, I have been thru the following with not much results ...1) many TCM Treatmts - massages, acupuncture, cupping n bloodletting, guasha, BoJin.2) 36 Chiro sessions (3x a week) with another Chiro whose methods wereextremely forceful n painful.Conclusion: Dr Sameer's methods are gentle but effective. My mum has been receiving treatment from the Advance Pain Centre (Jurong East outlet) under Dr Sameer for about 6 months. Back in May 2024 she felt an acute lumbar and hip pain, which caused trouble walking and lying on the bed. After the series of treatment and advice provided by the Dr Sameer, my... mum’s condition has greatly improved! Dr Sameer has been very patient and meticulous in his diagnosis. The therapy experience at the centre has been nothing but great! The staff, namely Janice & Janet, were very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly - they always greet you warmly and follow up closely on the body condition and appointments. There are a variety of therapy services (spinal decompression, dry needling, chiropractor etc.) provided. The centre has been equipped with many advance machines and is very spacious. My 85yo mom has been going to APC Jurong for several years now - this itself should be an affirmation of this clinic 🙂 The woes started with her back giving excruciating pain that she could barely walk. Doctors tried steriod jabs and ablation, only alleviated a little, advised surgery which we... were reluctant due to her age. Also tried acupuncture, no help. Last resort (because we did not believe in chiropractors then) we came to APC Jurong. Dr Mike checked her xrays and gave very positive encouragement that she would be able to get back to the activities she used to enjoy. After a few weeks of decompression, the results were gradual but definitely improving. Today my mom's walking would not be possible without APC Drs. Grateful also to the team (Janice, Janet) for their cheerfulness, helpfulness and kindness to my mom! read more
